Course Description

This course targets senior level neurosurgical residents as they begin to navigate their career path forward, and covers topics essential to ensuring a smooth transition from residency to practice, including a discussion of practice types and settings, understanding finances, negotiating contracts, and critical leadership skills. The course consists of short didactics followed by a “flipped classroom” question and answer session with the course faculty.
